DIRECTIONS

The Culinary Design Dare Challenge is for all ages and all levels of talent. The experiential opportunity is for an individual or a group of family, or others quarantined together. We are inclusive and welcome anyone around the world to enter, from professionals to passionate individuals who love to bake. Some of the participants may group a dream teams together which may include a sculptor and baker. The goal is to construct a 3D all edible structure out of gingerbread or another edible food choice. It is an option to adopt the Golden Rule ratio for mathematical guidance. The design genres for 2020 is multi-family architecture. Feel free to be inspired by Detroit dwellings.

STEP #1

Accept the Design Dare by contact us and sending an email to info@mm-o-dd.org with your details including names, email, concept and theme, use of medium (example: Gingerbread or sugar or fruits, etc.) and talent level.

STEP #2

Next, prep to document and take images of your process, then create your 3D edible design and submit your finished design with emailed images and a short story about your experience.

Bragging rights! 

We will publish many of the designs on the Metropolitan Museum Of Design Detroits website!
